About Purchasing Process

  1. What forms of payment do HotdogTIX accept?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for online payment (subject to specific terms and conditions specified for each event). Your credit card account will be charged after you have submitted the order. All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  2. How can I know if my order is completed successfully?

    You will receive an email notification confirming that your order has successfully completed. Please make sure that you have submitted your email address correctly. If you have not received the email to confirm your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

  3. What should I do if I haven’t received any related email?

    Please contact us on (+852) 3188 5661 or email info@hotdogtix.com for assistance. Our service hour is Monday to Friday 10:00-19:00.

  4. How can I view my purchased e-Ticket record?

    You can login to your HotdogTIX account to view your transaction history and download the e-Ticket. For on-site identity verification, e-Ticket holder should enter their name as shown on ID card/Passport when claiming the e-Ticket on HotdogTIX.

  5. How to print the e-Ticket?

    When you have successfully completed the transaction, you can login to your HotdogTIX account to download the e-Ticket one month before the show date and print it out.

  6. How can I view my transaction history?

    You can click “My Account” and choose “Transaction History” to view all your transactions.

  7. Can I reserve tickets?

    Ticket bookings via the internet must be confirmed within the 10-minute time frame allowed for each transaction to be completed. Reservation of tickets is not permitted.

Changes, Cancellation and Refund

  1. If I can’t go to the event, can I get a refund?

    No refund or exchange is allowed once the transaction is confirmed.

  2. If an event is cancelled or postponed, can I get a refund?

    Please visit the specific event page for updated announcements on cancelled or postponed events, and HotdogTIX will post refund instructions on this site.

Admission

  1. Can I bring my camera to the venue?

    Please check the event details page for admission rules and restrictions.

  2. How to use the e-ticket for admission?

    There is a unique QR code embedded on every e-ticket. Simply bring your printed or digital ticket and it will be scanned at the venue entrance(s) to gain entry.

  3. What is the ticketing arrangement for wheelchair or disable users?

    Please note that part of the venue facilities and passageways cannot accommodate the use of baby strollers or wheelchair. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you would like to purchase wheelchair seat or disable seat tickets, please contact us through email to info@hotdogtix.com for further details.

Delivery Policy

HotdogTIX use e-Ticket for admission. Here is the e-Ticket delivery process:

  1. Confirmation email with the order reference number will be sent to the assigned email address of ticket purchasers immediately after the transaction is completed.
  2. Ticket holders shall login to their HotdogTIX accounts to input their real name (as it appears on ID card/Passport) on the assigned ticket before entering the venue.
  3. E-Ticket can be downloaded from HotdogTIX website one month before the event.
  4. E-Ticket holders shall bring their mobile devices or printed e-ticket (QR code) to the venue entrance for admission.

E-Ticket Transfer

  1. How do I transfer tickets?

    1. Simply go to “Order History” and click the “Send Ticket to Friend” button on your order. Please note that the recipient’s email address must be different than the senders email address.
    2. The recipient will need a HotdogTIX account. They will have to input their real name (as it appears on ID card/Passport) for on-site identity verification.

  1. How do I know if my friend accepted the ticket?

    Go to “E-Tickets” in “My Account”. Click “Ticket Sent Out”. If the ticket is accepted by your friend, “Claimed” will be shown.

  2. What should I do if I have entered an incorrect email address of my friend?

    Go to “E-Tickets” in “My Account”. Click “Ticket Sent Out”. If you friend have not claimed the ticket yet, you can click “Take Back” button and enter the correct email to transfer the ticket again.

About Event

What should I do with my tickets if a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted on event day?

You should check with the venue or the organizer official website of the event for the specific arrangement.
