  1. What payment methods do HotdogTIX accept?

    HotdogTIX accept VISA / MasterCard / American Express / UnionPay / AliPay Cross-border / WeChatPay Cross-border. Please refer to the Event Terms & Conditions of particular selling event.

  2. How can I know if I have successfully purchased the ticket / collected the e-Coupon?

    You can click “My Account” and choose “Transaction History” to view all your transactions. You will also receive an email notification confirming that your order has successfully completed.

  3. How can I view my e-Ticket/ e-Coupon?

    You can login and visit “My Account” to view your e-Ticket/ e-Coupon.

  4. How to present the e-Ticket/ e-Coupon?

    e-Ticket / e-Coupon is a unique QR code. You can simply show the QR code on digital device. Printed copy is also accepted.

  5. Can I reserve tickets?

    Order via the HotdogTIX must be confirmed within designated time frame. Reservation of tickets is not available.

  6. If I can’t go to the event, can I get a refund?

    No refund or exchange is allowed once the transaction is confirmed.

  7. If an event is cancelled or postponed, can I get a refund?

    Refund Policy is restricted by Terms & Conditions of an event. Please refer to the announcements from the event organizer on the event website or the specific event page on HotdogTIX. Service charges and the mailing charges will not be refunded.

  8. Why I cannot find the e-Ticket I purchased?

    HotdogTIX use QR code e-Ticket for admission. Here is the e-Ticket delivery process:

    1. Confirmation email with the order reference number will be sent to the assigned email address of ticket purchasers immediately after the transaction is completed.You can click “My Account” and choose “Transaction History” to view all your transactions.
    2. E-Ticket can delivery to your HotdogTIX account on the date specified (Usually before 1 month from the event date) by the event organiser.
    3. You are required to register the participant name (as it appears on ID document) on the e-Ticket before getting the QR code e-Ticket for admission.
    4. Event Organiser and the venue may verify the identity accordingly the admission terms and conditions.

  9. How do I transfer my e-Ticket?

    You can transfer your e-Ticket to your friend. The transferred e-Ticket(s) will be removed from your account.

    1. Go to “My Account”, select e-ticket you own and click “Send Tickets”
    2. Enter email of your friend and press “Send Ticket”.
    3. Your friend will receive an email with instruction to register as HotdogTIX user and claim the e-Ticket.

  10. How do I know if my friend accepted the ticket?

    Go to “E-Tickets” in “My Account”. Click “Ticket Sent Out”. If the ticket is accepted by your friend, “Claimed” will be shown.

  11. What should I do if I have entered an incorrect email address of my friend?

    Go to “E-Tickets” in “My Account”. Click “Ticket Sent Out”. If your ticket have not claimed by the recipient, you can click “Take Back” and resend the ticket with the correct email again.

  12. What should I do with my tickets if a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted on event day?

    You should check with the venue or the organizer official website of the event for the specific arrangement.

  13. Can I bring my camera to the venue?

    Please check the event details page for admission rules and restrictions.
